Happy Fall Y'all - SNEAK PEEK ALERT

Happy thursday everyone!

Are you all enjoying this wonderful cool temperature or what. I sure missed it! So sometime ago I was organizing my son's crayon box and there was so many little pieces that I just didn't know what to do with it. So I figured why not melt them into shapes.  Since fall was around the corner we choose this mold. Off course I won't be using this again for chocolate.

Here is our experience:

First we separated the colors we wanted to use. Since it was leaves we picked up fall colors off course.

Then we unwrapped all the crayons

We melted the crayons in water-bath at boiling

This is the mold we used. I believe its a wilton. I usually purchase them at acmoore.

and we froze it for about 10 minutes
and tada!!!

They look yummy right? but too bad they are not edible.

With all these crayons I made a couple of goodies bags to give.

Thank you for stopping by and I hope you enjoyed my post!

Be sure to join us tomorrow for another challenge!

  7. These are so cute! They remind me of when I made colored, shaped soaps and gave them out as favors. Unfortunately, at least 2 people bit into one, thinking it was candy!
