OH gosh, this is so cute! I adore ladybugs and you just can't go wrong with a whole bunch of 'em! ;) I love how you have them framing the sentiment. Such perfection. Beautiful flowers to coordinate, too... your friend is so blessed to receive one of your very own creations. :o)
